Hours per Week 37.5 hours per week Position Type Remote / On-site [Location] On-site 100% on-site – 5 days per week Location: Longueuil, Quebec Assignment Duration 12 months About the Role We are seeking an experienced Application Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of IT application projects within a large, complex enterprise environment. In this role, you will be responsible for defining project scope, schedules, budgets, and success metrics, while coordinating multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. You will act as a central point of coordination between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, strong governance, and accountability throughout the project lifecycle. This position is well suited for a project manager who is comfortable operating in environments with multiple stakeholders, strong political dynamics, and ongoing organizational transformation. Required Qualifications and Technical Skills 3 to 5 years of experience as an Application Project Manager Strong proficiency with Microsoft Project, preferably the Enterprise version (Version 2016 preferred; version 2013 accepted) Experience delivering projects in large-scale, complex enterprise environments Demonstrated ability to navigate organizational complexity and stakeholder dynamics Solid understanding of IT project delivery principles and governance Objectives and Deliverables Define project plans, objectives, budgets, and success criteria Ensure effective allocation of resources and adherence to project schedules Deliver projects on time and within approved budgets Maintain clear, consistent communication with all stakeholders Ensure accountability and performance across project teams Key Responsibilities Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, resource requirements, and success metrics Lead multidisciplinary teams during the delivery of IT application projects Manage schedules, budgets, risks, and resources to ensure successful project completion Plan, coordinate, and oversee project-related communications to stakeholders Coach, guide, motivate, and supervise project team members Promote accountability and ownership of assigned tasks and deliverables Adapt project execution approaches to align with a changing organizational environment Assets Strong political acumen and stakeholder influence skills Excellent communication abilities High adaptability in transformation-driven environments Experience working in bilingual (French / English) settings En soumettant votre candidature, vous consentez à ce que Xideral recueille, utilise et conserve vos renseignements personnels uniquement à des fins de recrutement et de sélection pour ce poste ou pour des opportunités similaires en lien avec vos domaines d’expertise.
