Aesthetic Sales Consultant Job Description:

GoLaser’s Aesthetic Sales Consultants are vital to delivering customers service and driving sales by promoting GoLaser's laser hair removal services and our exclusive GoLaser Guarantee package. We are looking for motivated individuals who thrive off making people feel INCREDIBLE + CONFIDENT. The ideal candidate is confident with high integrity coupled with a customer centric attitude (someone who loves people). This person will be responsible for consultations and generating enthusiasm for our market leading laser hair services.


Our expert marketing team will provide you with warm leads through social media and digital initiatives. The position does not require any cold calling or telemarketing. In addition to new patient sales, this role requires following up with previous potential patients who have not purchased with us in the past or those looking to upgrade their package.


Aesthetic Sales Consultant Job Responsibilities:

  • Initiate sales process by scheduling appointments with warm leads; conduct initial consultation; describe GoLaser's treatments professionally and with knowledge (we training for you, so no prior experience required)
  • Close sales by building rapport with potential patients; explain services, what expectations should be, what their experience will be like; overcome objections through education and a positive customer experience without being pushy; prepare purchase agreements and financing contracts with our simple in house program
  • Expand sales in existing accounts by helping customers who may want to add on new areas to their current package
  • Manage front desk duties such as checking patients in/out while ensuring a positive and warm experience and maintaining a clean and professional clinic
  • Adhere to GoLaser policies and protocols
  • Weekends & Evenings are big sales days for us - you will be more strongly considered for the position if you are available to work weekends (great if you're financially motivated)


Aesthetic Sales Consultant Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous sales experienced preferred but not required
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate with patients, peers and management. Ability to communicate with proper etiquette and in a professional manner
  • Ability to multi-task while being attentive to patients and remaining flexible to the needs of the business. Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative independent of direct supervision (role is entrepreneurial in nature)
  • Enthusiastic, friendly and energetic with genuine desire to provide outstanding service

Aesthetic Sales Consultant Compensation:

GoLaser offers a generous pay structure with additional earning potential through commission and bonuses. Compensation consists of a base pay rate plus commission. On target earnings ranges from $50,000-$80,000K annually for full time employees.
