About The Role We have a great opportunity to work and be part of our innovative and fun team, by joining Hospitality & Retail at FX Plus. We’re looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Hospitality Manager to lead our front‑of‑house operations team and deliver exceptional guest & student experiences. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the day‑to‑day operations of all our hospitality, food and beverage outlets, bar and event services on our stunning Penryn and Falmouth Campuses in Cornwall. What You’ll Do: Oversee daily hospitality operations, ensuring smooth service and high standards. Lead, train, and motivate a passionate team to exceed guest expectations. Manage budgets, stock control, and supplier relationships. Implement creative ideas to enhance customer satisfaction and drive revenue. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations. About You You will be an experienced hospitality professional with strong leadership and organisational skills, and a passion for innovation and delivering outstanding customer experiences in a fast paced, multi‑outlet environment. We’re Looking for: Proven experience in a hospitality management role. Strong leadership and communication skills. A hands‑on, customer‑focused approach. Excellent organisational and problem‑solving abilities. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
