Tasks & Responsibilities Build out and execute strategies for growing engagement and followers across all social media platforms. Create, edit, and oversee high-quality, engaging content that makes people stop scrolling. Reshape and revitalize the company's YouTube presence—add personality, grow followers, and transform it into the go-to resource for staying secure online. Collaborate with global influencers to amplify our brand messaging and expand our reach. Manage and mentor a comms team member, helping them grow into bigger influencer relations and general comms roles. Analyze performance metrics to refine strategies, optimize engagement, and drive continuous improvement. Ensure consistent brand messaging and voice across all platforms. Cross-company collaboration to leverage employees as social media advocates. Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience). 12+ years of experience in social media management with a proven track record for global brands. Strong content creation and editing skills with attention to detail. Demonstrated success in working with influencers and managing these partnerships globally. Experience leading and managing high-performing social media teams. Expertise in platform-specific strategies for X, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube. Deep understanding of social media analytics tools and data-driven storytelling. Proactive, always-on approach with strong problem-solving skills.
