Together we make a difference.What you'll doThe Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the holistic omnichannel strategy to optimize GTM performance in communities. This role requires expertise in local activation, event coordination, and channel implementation.Holistic Omni-channel Strategy and Implementation:Develop community attack playbook using appropriate channelsOptimize GTM performance across all channelsCreate omnichannel strategies to maximize impactEnsure experience consistency across all touchpointsLocal Activation and Event Calendar:Create holistic view of event and activation calendarPrioritize, coordinate, and enable community events and activitiesManage local activation in Falcon communitiesCoordinate launches and local initiativesCross-Functional Alignment and Coordination:Ensure cross-functional alignment and coordinationCoordinate with channel, product, and operations teamsDevelop playbooksCreate and manage training cadenceAttend training and support field sales teamsMarketing Assets Enablement and Coordination:Coordinate marketing assets for channels, partners, influencersDevelop social selling strategiesCreate social media playbooksQualificationsWhat you bringEducation and Experience:Bachelor's degree in marketing, commerce, communication, or related fieldMinimum 5-7 years of experience in marketing, channel management, or commercial activationDemonstrated experience in event management and local activationKnowledge of omnichannel strategies and digital sales transformationExperience in cross-functional coordinationTechnical Skills:Experience with project and event management toolsKnowledge of CRM systems and marketing platformsData analysis and performance measurement skillsExperience with collaboration and communication toolsInterpersonal Skills:Ability to work in teams and collaborate with multiple departmentsOrganized, meticulous, and detail-orientedCreativity and ability to propose innovative ideasAdaptability and change managementGreat-to-havesBilingual in English and FrenchSalary Range: $71,000-$107,000Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan: 12%Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience.
