We are looking for friendly, knowledgeable, and professional individuals to join our team who will make meeting the health needs of our patients their top priorityHere’s Where You’ll Be FocusingPrescription assembly and data entry:Processing customer transactions (receive and release prescription requests)Receiving in-person and telephone refill requests and record deliveriesUnderstanding and promoting pharmacy programsFiling prescriptions, ordering, and replenishing supplies, and cleaningDrug order creation and receiving, compounding and pill pack assemblyScheduling professional clinical servicesBehind the counter management, cycle counts, narcotic counts, stock returns, tallman lettering, manual third partiesAssisting the pharmacist with dispensary tasks as permitted by scopeWhat You Have To OfferPreferred: Pharmacy Assistant Diploma from a recognized post-secondary InstituteWill consider applicants with 2 years retail Canadian Pharmacy Experience in lieu of certificate in some ProvincesPrevious pharmacy experience is an assetExcellent attention to detail, ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environmentAdhere to and implement all applicable company standardsWhat We Have To OfferA competitive total compensation package that will vary by role and locationFlexible work life arrangements to meet your lifestyle needsThe salary range for this position in British Columbia is $19.00 - $23.00.
