Key Responsibilities
• Oversee technical management of maintenance initiatives
• Develop capital investment requests and budgets
• Manage the feasibility of engineering solutions
• Assess and resolve major operational issues
• Collaborate with plant management on technical challenges
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or similar engineering
• 8+ years of managerial experience in food manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of GFSI/BRC safety standards
• Exceptional communication and ethical judgment skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and ERP systems Ensure safety and quality in operations at Leclerc, contributing to a rich company culture rooted in authenticity and respect.
