As part of the Service Centre, this role includes various administrative tasks related to customer service and operation efficiency. You will verify Customs documents, manage driver check-ins, and support logistical operations. Bilingual candidates are preferred, especially for service in Quebec.

Key Responsibilities
• Handle customer service inquiries effectively
• Process and verify Customs documents accurately
• Conduct data entry related to freight operations
• Audit and review Bills of Lading for compliance
• Schedule delivery appointments and pick-ups

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• One year of relevant experience preferred
• Background in LTL or transportation industry
• Strong organizational and time management skills
