Qualifications / Required Skills What We’re Looking For Proven leadership in multi-location management. Strong sales and customer service expertise. A proven track record of strong performance in driving performance and meeting KPIs, coupled with successful and consistent organizational development history. Proven track record of building talent. Able to balance the need of delivering a creative experience, and a profitable result. Bachelor’s degree, diploma in business admin, or other education and relevant experience an asset. CAIB designation an asset. Ability to coach, motivate, and develop teams. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Willingness to travel within the region.
