Votre enjeu principal : contribuer au développement des ventes rentables et à la performance de nos magasins

Vous venez renforcer l’équipe Contrôle de gestion, rattachée à la DAF ,avec la mission principale de suivre les équipes commerciales sur les KPIs de gestion et d’analyser la performance des magasins.

Dans le cadre du pilotage de cette analyse de performance, vous serez au contact de la force de vente au quotidien, à distance ou sur le terrain, afin d'accompagner les vendeurs sur les bonnes pratiques de gestion.

Les KPIs à piloter sont les suivants :

* Suivi duCA encaissé,marges, taux de remises sur les ventes réalisées dans les magasins
.* Mise en placedes opérations commerciales avec l’équipe offre produits.

*Analyse des charges des magasins : frais généraux ,masse salariale, ...

Réaliser le contrôle budgétaire et le reporting mensuel sur votre périmètre.

Participer à la construction budgétaire et aux revues financières avec la Direction.

Harmonisation des outils, tableaux de bord, bonnes pratiques à déployer auprès des Business Analyst des autres régions
