Working with one of the top financial clients, this role calls for an AI Tech Lead(Java/Python/Chatbots).Desired Skill Set:• 10+ years of experience in software development, with 3+ years in a technical leadership role.• Proficient in Python or Java.• Experience with both relational (e.g., SQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB) databases.• Strong knowledge of complex queries, joins, views, stored procedures, and query optimization.• Hands-on experience with reinforcement learning or generative AI models (e.g., GPT).• Familiarity with cloud platforms (OpenShift experience is a plus).• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (e.g., Docker), and Kubernetes.• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.• Proven track record of delivering AI/ML-based products, preferably in chatbots or conversational AI.• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.• Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment.• Knowledge of chatbot platforms such as Microsoft Bot Framework.• Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.Nice To Have:• Previous banking experienceBeachHead is an equal opportunity agency and employer.
