Teaching Responsibilities ENG1L – Grade 9 Locally Developed English (Semester 2) – Qualifications: Intermediate division required; English qualifications preferred; Special Education qualifications preferred. ENG3E / 4E / OLC – Grade 11/12 Workplace English and OLC (Semester 2) – Qualifications: Senior division required; English qualifications preferred; Special Education qualifications preferred. ENG2L – Grade 10 Locally Developed English (Semester 2) – Qualifications: Intermediate division required; English qualifications preferred; Special Education qualifications preferred. Salary: Salary placement will be determined by the Board in accordance with the current Collective Agreement between the Board and Ontario Secondary School Teachers’ Federation District 15 (OSSTF) and calculated based on the candidate’s verified teaching experience and category rating.
