Key Responsibilities
• Oversee a network of Service Providers to ensure top-notch client service
• Identify and address performance improvement opportunities
• Engage with the community for better service integration
• Monitor contract management and maintain auditable records
• Manage revenue and operational expenditures effectively
Requirements:
• At least 5 years in strategic leadership and contract management
• Successful Criminal Record Check
• Ability to travel regularly within Toronto
• Flexibility to work in various locations
