Resource will be contributing to the ongoing development of a Digital Portal, using various tools and products to capture info, present it in multiple ways via dashboards, reports and executive summaries. Resource will prepare appropriate documentation to ensure existing project team has the information required to continue with ongoing development efforts. Key Responsibilities Required to translate technical systems specifications into working, tested CRM applications. This includes developing detailed programming specifications, writing and/or generating code, compiling data-driven programs, maintaining, and conducting unit tests. Knowledge and understanding of Information Management principles, concepts, policies and practices. Experience with middleware and gateways. Experience reviewing, analyzing, and modifying product installation scripts including encoding, testing, debugging. Ability to provide post-implementation support and resolve any post-implementation technical issues. Experience conducting design walkthrough sessions with project team. Knowledge and understanding of Accessibility for Ontarians with Disability Act (AODA) and related regulations and standards. Ability to provide user and system documentation as required. Evaluation Breakdown 1. Tools and Technologies - 20% Experience in solution development and analysis with MS Dynamics 365, Power Platform including creating and customizing Model Driven Apps, Power Automate workflows, Azure Security configurations and Power Pages. 2. Programming Languages - 20% 3. Approach and Methodologies - 20% Experience with Agile DevOps development methodology, Version Control Repositories, CI/CD Pipelines Experience with compliance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005. Experience with Government of Ontario Information Technology Standards (GO ITS). 4. Public Sector Experience - 5% Experience working on Public Sector I& IT Projects. 5.
