We offer medical, dental and vision coverage, life insurance, employee assistance programs, company discounts, perks and more for most full-time positions Start your phenomenal career with Allied Universal today Job Description Position: Security Guard - Concierge - White Glove Location: Toronto, ON Payrate: $26.85 per hour Status: Full-time Shift: Sundays - Saturdays (Days, Evenings, Overnights, Swing/Rotational Shifts) Overview: Allied Universal is seeking an experienced Security Guard - Concierge to oversee one of our residential sites in Toronto. The ideal candidate is a seasoned individual with atleast 2 years of residential high end experience, excellent communication skills, willing to work night shifts, and able to work with a dynamic security team. If you have experience as in residential security, and can maintain a high level of professionalism, we'd like to hear from you. Requirements Minimum 2 years Experience in Concierge Security experience. Proficiency in basic computer skills and wireless technology. Excellent written and oral communication Must have a valid Ontario Security License. Must be eligible to work in Canada up to 40 hours a week. First Aid and CPR Valid Driver's Licence is an asset Must be at least 30 years old. High school diploma or equivalent/GED or equivalent work experience Ability to stand or walk for extended periods, occasionally climb stairs, and lift or carry up to 40 pounds. Responsibilities Conduct regular patrols of the designated area to monitor and ensure the safety and security of the premises. Maintain detailed records of patrols, documenting incidents, irregularities, and any equipment malfunctions. Communicate effectively with residents, property management, contractors, and other property staff. Maintain a professional attitude towards training and security protocols, including emergency response and communications. Address and resolve resident complaints, ensuring total client satisfaction.
