This role at AECOM involves managing highway and roadway design projects, guiding remote teams, and setting project priorities aligned with client goals. You will engage in all project phases, from feasibility studies to design development, ensuring compliance and quality throughout.
Key Responsibilities: • Manage all aspects of roadway design projects • Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams effectively • Enforce project policies and ensure client liaison • Provide technical leadership in highway engineering • Oversee project lifecycle from budgeting to closeout
Requirements: • P.Eng. designation in Ontario required • 8+ years in highway transportation projects • Experience with MTO and municipal transportation • Proficiency in design software such as MicroStation • Strong communication and business development skills
