Junior Project Planner BBA Consultants Your future role on our team BBA is currently seeking a junior project planner. Under the supervision of a senior planner, you will prepare and monitor schedules for all project phases including engineering, procurement, logistics, construction, and commissioning. Key Responsibilities Develop and update schedules for all project phases: engineering, procurement, logistics, construction and commissioning. Ensure project planning, organization and monitoring using tools like Primavera P6. Analyze the critical path, risks and opportunities, and prepare recommendations for the project or study manager. Produce progress reports and performance indicators. Update schedules on a weekly and monthly basis. Prepare reports and maintain ties with project management to plan activities and project scheduling. Maintain all planning and progress reports. Propose solutions to project managers to correct identified gaps and adhere to schedules. Exercise independent judgement in selecting, filing, compiling and analyzing data from various sources. Carry out all other related tasks that could help deliver projects.
