Summer Fridays – Wrap up early on summer afternoons What You'll Be Doing Serve as the main point of contact for all aftermarket counter sales inquiries, providing prompt, professional, and knowledgeable customer support. Assess customer needs and provide accurate product recommendations, substitutions, and technical guidance using HVAC aftermarket knowledge. Prepare, process, and manage quotes and orders, ensuring pricing accuracy, availability, and timely fulfillment. Coordinate with Warehouse and Logistics teams to ensure orders are picked, staged, delivered, or ready for customer pickup as required. Manage multiple counter transactions simultaneously while maintaining organization, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to support revenue growth and enhance the customer experience. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotes, orders, and product requests within NetSuite. Monitor recurring counter requests, backorders, and product gaps, and communicate insights to the Aftermarket Sales Manager to support inventory planning and process improvements. Ensure all counter sales activities follow internal policies, pricing guidelines, and safety standards. Build strong customer relationships through reliable service, technical expertise, and consistent follow-through. Support training and knowledge sharing related to counter processes, products, and systems as needed. Other responsibilities as assigned. What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent. A minimum of three to five (3–5) years of experience in HVAC, construction, or a related technical industry. Experience specifically in HVAC aftermarket sales a strong asset. Exceptional customer service skills, with prior experience in a sales/customer service-based environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM/ERP systems preferred. Effective organizational and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills with both internal and external project stakeholders.
