We are looking for you to join us as a Manager - Area Sales, to support a team of engaged and energetic Account Specialist. This is an exciting and rewarding people leadership role, encompassing complete ownership of sales targets that are achieved through solid recruiting, coaching, development, and activity management. In this role, you will support the delivery of results and will be supported by a variety of highly engaged teams within the SMB team serving customers with 1- 30 employees to help you and your team to achieve this goal. Your mission is to recruit, coach, enable, and performance manage these reps to exceed their targets. You will also work cross-functionally to ensure collaboration with teams responsible for products such as Fully Managed IT Services. Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Team Management: Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing sales teamFoster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and high performanceSales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets. Drive prospecting efforts and expand our customer baseCustomer Focus: Ensure your team delivers exceptional customer experiences and builds long-term relationships with small businesses (1-30 employees)Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product teams, marketing, and other internal stakeholders to align sales efforts with business objectivesPerformance Management: Monitor and manage team performance, providing regular feedback and implementing improvement plans as necessaryReporting & Analysis: Track sales metrics and KPIs, providing regular reports to senior management. Use data to drive decision-making and strategy adjustments Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of sales and/or marketing experience2-3 years of sales leadership experienceProven ability to lead teams, excellent communication (written and oral), facilitate and deliver presentationsStrong knowledge of Business to Business sales environmentExcellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize effectivelyAbility to work and thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced, action-oriented, deadline-driven environmentOutstanding communicator able to effectively articulate the vision, goals, and strategic imperatives of the business and act as an enabler for feedbackStrong and effective decision-maker able to review options in a constructive and methodical manner to establish the best course of action for the organizationDetailed understanding of the sales process and a proven track record of achie Salary Range: $81,000-$121,000 Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan: $50,000-70,000 Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience.
