Zarpac, a leader in packaging line engineering, seeks a design-centric Electrical Engineer with over seven years of experience. This role emphasizes hands-on development, including schematics, PLC/HMI programming, and power distribution for complex systems. You will work closely with controls teams, ensuring integration and compliance with customer specifications.
Key Responsibilities: • Lead electrical design package development with schematics and PLC/HMI programs • Manage end-to-end electrical design aligning with customer needs • Validate design documentation for accuracy and compliance • Interpret specifications and vendor documentation effectively • Design power distribution systems, including MCCs and PDPs
Requirements: • 7+ years in Electrical or Controls Engineering • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent • Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar tools • Strong communication and technical writing skills • Knowledge of North American electrical standards
