Advantages The opportunity to work in downtown Montreal A flexible schedule from Monday to Friday A flexible hybrid work model Access to group Health and Dental insurance Access to a group RRSP 2-3 weeks of vacation Working for a company that promotes from within Responsibilities Prepare and submit the tax reporting and payments Review, and prepare monthly clients and corporate reports (Profit and Loss, Balance sheet, trial balance etc.) Review all AR and AP accounts and transactions Prepare ad-hoc clients and corporate reports Prepare the reconciliation of all balance sheet accounts and ensure bank and credit card reconciliations are done correctly and on time Provide general accounting support and training Assist with internal and external audits Support with budget preparation Qualifications Strong computer skills, Excel in particular (advanced formulas, pivot tables) Knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles (3 years of experience), as well as the taxation system of the province, laws and regulations Being attentive to details and accurate Excellent analytical and the ability to analyze large amounts of data Self-starter with high degree of initiative A team-oriented approach to meeting goals Bilinguism: Fluent French and Intermediate English Summary If this role fits your needs, apply now here or by sending me your resume at serge.langevin@randstad.ca.
