Job Description FYidoctors – Grande Prairie clinic is looking for a Patient Services Specialist to bring exceptional skills and experience to our team. This full‑time role requires 30‑40 hours per week, Monday to Saturday with evening and weekend availability. What Will You Be Doing? Warmly greet patients as they enter the clinic Check patients in and out of the office Communicate with patients in person, by phone, and by email Manage appointment bookings, prescription printouts, billing, and payments Administer pre‑testing services Uphold excellent customer service standards What Do You Bring?
