Job Duties :

· Provide generaladministrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of the organization.

· Maintain and updaterecords, databases, and filing systems accurately and efficiently.

  • Prepare and distribute internal and externalcorrespondence, memos, reports, and other documents.
  • Additional duties as assigned. 

Successful candidates will have:

  • Proficiency with computers (Excel, Outlook, &Word)
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accurate data entryskills
  • The ability to work independently and manage aworkload of fluctuating priorities – especially meeting workloadcompletion deadlines
