Finance Transformation Lead

Our employees dedicate their time to helping our clients transform their business, from strategy through implementation and business transformation.The Finance Transformation Lead will lead and grow the firm's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) practice through the identification, evaluation, and implementation of ERP solutions for our clients. Using their deep expertise in ERP systems and implementation methodologies, the Finance Transformation Lead will help build a sustainable and scalable business by originating new opportunities, developing client relationships, and delivering high-value ERP services.Responsibilities:Business Development:Develop and execute strategies for bringing the firm's ERP offerings to existing and new clientsMaintain a sales pipeline to support origination and revenue targetsLead ERP evaluation and vendor selection processes for clientsDrive and expand executive relationships within client organizationsLeverage industry partnerships and market relationships to expand the ERP practiceIdentify new expansion opportunities within accounts and across industriesProvide domain expertise to support sales opportunities for new logosDelivery:Lead ERP roadmap development, implementation planning, and execution for clientsEnsure client satisfaction and delivery that meets expectationsManage advisory work focused on ERP process improvement and implementation of industry best practicesWork with engagement leads to drive successful results and create opportunities for extended engagementsEducate and enable team members on the firm's ERP offerings and best practicesIdentify opportunities for expansion across existing relationships with measurable resultsPeople:Develop strong relationships at all levels of the firm to contribute to growth and successMentor and coach team members to support their career development and client successModel effective leadership, sales strategies, and customer relationship managementQualifications:Proven success in developing executive relationships and consistently growing revenue within existing client engagements in a consulting environmentDeep functional and technical understanding of ERP systems, implementation methodologies, and industry-specific solutionsDemonstrated experience leading diverse teams of consultants and solution architectsExperience leading client-facing activities such as requirements gathering, stakeholder workshops, and deliverable review sessionsProven business development skills with ability to attain sales targetsKnowledge of ERP integration with other systems such as data warehouses, operating systems, CRM platforms, and business intelligence toolsStrong project management skills and ability to manage towards margin and utilization goalsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, coupled with expert presentation abilitiesAbility to leverage industry knowledge to identify and capitalize on new business opportunitiesBachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or professional certifications preferredWe take care of youAs an employee of Spaulding Ridge, you will part of a company that is providing innovative opportunities to impact our clients in a meaningful way.
