Job Description ***RELOCATION REQUIRED TO SAINT-HUBERT, QUEBEC *** We’re looking for a hands‑on influencer people leader who loves building, improving, and leading from the factory floor. You’ll take ideas from concept to installation—driving engineering projects, optimizing equipment, and helping shape the future of our manufacturing operations across North America. If you’re someone who thrives in leading a team of 7 specialists, including engineers, from both the office and on‑site, enjoys solving problems in real time, and gets energized by turning innovation into action, this role is for you. What You’ll Do Develop and implement a strategic roadmap to prioritize and sequence projects effectively. Guide your team in defining technical requirements, identifying challenges, and engineering smart solutions. Build strong, collaborative relationships with maintenance, production, and plant managers to stay aligned with evolving project needs. Lead industrial and R&D projects from design to installation across multiple plants. Oversee maintenance, upgrades, and modernization of equipment. Collaborate with production, automation, and maintenance teams to bring new systems and products to life. Develop and test new concrete mixes, coatings, and manufacturing processes. Manage budgets, timelines, and contractors to deliver on‑time, on‑target results. Support factory operations during installations or production challenges. Qualifications ***RELOCATION REQUIRED TO SAINT-HUBERT, QUEBEC *** What We’re Looking For 5+ years of experience in managerial role with a proven track record of manufacturing based projects. Proven leadership and project management skills (multi‑site experience is a plus). Technical background — DEC or Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, Process Management or Production Management. Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills. Comfortable switching between strategic planning and hands‑on work. Bilingualism (French/English) — English is required to communicate with clients based in the United States and outside of Quebec.
