Coordinate crew work and optimize operational tasks Coach team members through technical training and mentoring Coordinate work with Maintenance, Lab, and Quality departments Lead immediate response during emergencies and report site incidents Issue safe work permits and support energy isolations Requirements:
Diploma in Power, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering Technology Or third or fourth class Power Engineer certificate Minimum 10 years’ process operations or related manufacturing experience Technical proficiency with computer applications and Dow procedures Ability to work legally in Canada without sponsorship Apply technical proficiency, operational leadership, and safety focus as Dow’s Site Logistics Shift Coordinator in Fort Saskatchewan.
