Description du rôle : En tant que coordonnateur de projet chez Sami Agtech, vous jouerez un rôle déterminant dans l'orientation de nos équipes de projet vers la livraison réussie de solutions technologiques agricoles novatrices. Relevant du chef de produit, votre principale responsabilité sera de veiller à ce que les objectifs du projet soient clairement définis, communiqués et atteints dans les délais prescrits. Vous serez le lien vital entre l'équipe produit et l'équipe de développement, en facilitant une collaboration transparente et en veillant à ce que le "backlog" du produit soit géré efficacement et classé par ordre de priorité.

Responsabilités

Gestion des objectifs : Définir et superviser les objectifs du projet ; assurer l'alignement avec la vision de l'entreprise et les attentes des parties prenantes.
Pratiques agiles : Promouvoir les méthodologies agiles ; faciliter les réunions “standups” quotidiennes, la planification des sprints et les rétrospectives afin de promouvoir l'amélioration continue.
Gestion du “backlog” : Maintenir un “backlog” bien organisé ; s'assurer que les "stories” des utilisateurs sont claires, classées par ordre de priorité et prêtes à être développées.
Liaison avec l'équipe : Favoriser un environnement de collaboration ; établir une communication entre les “product owners” et les équipes de développement afin de clarifier les exigences et de résoudre les obstacles.
Amélioration continue : Encourager une culture d'amélioration continue en identifiant et en traitant les domaines d'amélioration des processus et des flux de travail.
Suivi des progrès : Contrôler l'avancement du projet ; utiliser des outils de suivi agiles pour fournir de la transparence et des mises à jour aux parties prenantes.

Qualifications

Baccalauréat en  gestion, commerce, informatique ou dans un domaine connexe.
Expérience confirmée (3+ ans) en tant que coordinateur de projet ou dans un rôle similaire, dans un environnement technologique ou d’automatisation .
Forte compréhension des cadres agiles (par exemple, Scrum, Kanban ) et des outils tels que JIRA .
Une certification en méthodologies agiles est un atout.
Excellentes capacités d' organisation et de leadership .
Compétences de communication efficaces pour assurer la liaison avec diverses équipes et parties prenantes.
Une approche proactive de la résolution des problèmes et un sens aigu du détail.

Role Description: As a Project Coordinator at Sami Agtech, you will be instrumental in steering our project teams toward the successful delivery of innovative agricultural technology solutions. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that project objectives are clearly defined, communicated, and achieved within the stipulated timelines. You will act as a vital link between the product team and the development team, facilitating seamless collaboration and ensuring that the product backlog is effectively managed and prioritized.

Responsibilities

Objective Management : Define and oversee project goals; ensure alignment with company vision and stakeholder expectations.
Agile Practices : Champion agile methodologies; facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to promote continuous improvement.
Backlog Management : Maintain a well-organized product backlog; ensure user stories are clear, prioritized, and ready for development.
Team Liaison : Foster a collaborative environment; bridge communication between product owners and development teams to clarify requirements and resolve impediments.
Continuous Improvement : Encourage a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and addressing areas for enhancement in processes and workflows.
Progress Tracking : Monitor project progress; utilize agile tracking tools to provide transparency and updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Computer Science , or a related field.
Proven experience (3+ years) as a Project Coordinator or similar role, in a technology or automation environmen t.
Strong understanding of agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban ) and tools such as JIRA .
Certification in Agile methodologies is a plus.
Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
Effective communication skills to liaise with diverse teams and stakeholders.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.
