Why you’re right for this opportunity Can you help us problem solve Help us understand the problem through research, interviewing, audits, market and data analysis, and pull together insights and reports. Define jobs-to-be-done and understand the user’s needs and client’s goals. Provide a full picture through research and testing, asking the right questions. Help decide what to design and build to solve the user/client’s needs. Can you help us define the user experience Define what’s the right thing to build. Create testing plans for moderated and unmoderated testing. Facilitate testing sessions to gain clear insights from users. Package observations and recommendations for clients in a clear and concise way. Visualize interactions through wireframes and prototypes. Present design thinking and considerations at a professional level to clients and stakeholders. Define user requirements to help bring your vision to life. Design amazing digital experiences using best practices and patterns for web and mobile. Interpret an existing brand guide into a digital design system. Integrate art direction, interactions, and content to deliver engaging UX. Prototype experiences with thoughtful motion, interactions, and transitions (e.g., using Figma, Jitter, AfterEffects). A sneak peek at what you’ll be doing As a Senior Product Designer at Nascent, you will work on projects that start unclear, helping the team and the client see what needs to be created. Your strengths in research and UX will complement beautifully designed interfaces. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders, development, design, and QA to deliver great digital experiences.
