About the Role As a Sales Advisor, you will provide excellent customer service, welcoming and guiding customers through the store, actively selling our products, and supporting them with fashion and product knowledge. You will help maintain a clean and tidy sales floor, work on garment refill & care, and collaborate with your team to deliver an outstanding customer experience. A Day in the Life Typical responsibilities include: Provide excellent customer service: welcoming & guiding customers, supporting them through the store and omni experience where available. Engage customers in conversations to enhance service. Guide customers through our fashion trends, stories & products. Promote and sell products effectively. Actively promote our Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in‑store sustainability initiatives. Represent the H&M brand positively during all customer interactions. Support commercial or operational actions to reach sales targets with store management. General Information Fashion & Trend Awareness Keep up‑to‑date with fashion trends, styles, brands, products, competitors, and influencers. Share relevant information with customers. Team & Development Share service and store operation knowledge with colleagues. Follow all procedures, routines, and legal requirements. Provide and receive feedback with colleagues. Participate in onboarding, training, and courses for role development. Retail Operations/ Visual & Commercial Execution Complete garment cycle from unpacking to steaming and ensure good garment care. Operate fitting rooms and checkout areas according to best practice. Contribute to a clean sales floor and back of house. Support garment presentation, maintain attractive displays following visual guidelines. Ensure good stock levels with replenishment routines. Follow best practices for in‑store omni services and tech tools. Support opening and closing of the store. Follow all health & safety guidelines and legal requirements. Qualifications Passionate about fashion and in‑store experience. Motivated to give customers a great experience. Communicative, creative, curious, flexible, decisive, and action‑oriented. Enjoy working in a collaborative and dynamic environment. Sales experience in a dynamic retail environment. Customer service experience in fashion, retail, or related industry. Benefits & Compensation Compensation: Salary range starting at $17.85 hourly.
