Key Responsibilities Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with Vetio’s business objectives, focusing on efficiency, logistics optimization and cost reduction. Optimize logistics operations, including warehousing and distribution, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products. Review all supply chain processes (including ERP optimization) to ensure best practice and continuous improvement. Lead and develop a high-performing supply chain team, providing coaching, mentorship and development opportunities. Review current key suppliers and partners, contracts and relationships to ensure quality agreements and performance align with company standards and needs. Lead cross-functional collaboration with manufacturing and quality assurance teams to forecast demand accurately and align production capacity. Manage budgetary allocations for operations, tracking costs and maximizing resource utilization. Identify potential supply chain risks and develop mitigation strategies to secure production continuity. Ensure all supply chain and logistics operations adhere to regulatory standards (GMP, BPF, etc.). Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management or a related field; an MBA or relevant advanced degree a plus. Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in supply chain management, specifically in the pharmaceutical industry. Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance issues related to pharmaceutical products. Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making skills. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments. 2–5 years in a significant leadership role with change management and decision‑making responsibilities. Proficiency in SAP is an asset; extensive ERP experience required. Proven track record of successfully managing supply chain operations, implementing process improvements, and achieving cost savings.
