The Director of Product Management is a highly visible role that works with senior leaders across the business to deliver impactful business results. We’re looking for people who love solving hard problems and creating truly innovative solutions.This is a full‑time position, working in a hybrid model, and reporting to our Ottawa office at least 3‑4 days a week.Core Functions, Responsibilities, and ExpectationsAchieves revenue and market share targets defined in financial plans for the product line.Build the product vision, strategy, and roadmap that aligns with the overall company strategy.Manage a team of world‑class product managers, providing guidance and direction to deliver the product vision and strategy.Stays current with industry and market trends and the competitive landscape.Serve as the product subject matter expert. Responsibilities include representing the solution in the marketplace, support of internal sales messaging/training and engaging in customer conversations as needed.Analyze the market and engage with customers to identify opportunities to evolve the product offering and innovate in support of business growth and retention goals.Define product pricing and positioning to maximize sales and revenue opportunities.Define solution value propositions and collaborate with product marketing to deploy into the market with consideration of white papers, brochures, social media, web pages, online events and more.Additional tasks associated with this position may be assigned in response to company initiatives and business needs.QualificationsEducationBachelor’s degree in computer science or related field is strongly recommended.
