The Opportunity We are seeking a collaborative and highly organized Management of Change (MoC) Specialist to join our global Sales Strategy & Transformation team. Reporting to the VP of Sales Strategy and Transformation, this role is key to ensuring strategic initiatives land effectively and are adopted across the worldwide Sales organization. The successful candidate will partner with sales leaders, program owners, enablement, and global functions to drive clarity, alignment, and sustained behavior change. Responsibilities Change strategy & planning: Develop tailored change management plans for core programs, including impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, communication plans, and adoption metrics. Communication & engagement: Partner with leaders to build sponsorship and alignment; develop clear communication materials that inform and engage stakeholders across regions. Enablement partnership: Work closely with the Enablement team to ensure changes are reinforced through training programs, onboarding, and supporting tools. Embed change capability: Coach leaders and teams on change principles and best practices to strengthen organizational readiness and adoption. Risk mitigation: Identify potential resistance, surface risks early, and support mitigation strategies with program owners and regional leaders. Performance tracking: Monitor change effectiveness through KPIs and feedback loops; analyze data and adjust plans to improve adoption and execution. Leverage AI & automation: Use AI-enabled tools to streamline communication development, enhance insights, and accelerate readiness assessments. Qualifications 8+ years of experience in organizational change management within enterprise software, SaaS, or consulting. Strong understanding of change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci, Kotter) and the ability to apply them pragmatically. Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior leaders. Ability to analyze complex business processes, identify change impacts, and translate findings into actionable plans. Experience in large-scale enterprise transformations, ideally spanning process, technology, and organizational change. Proficiency with modern project management tools and methodologies, with strong discipline around planning, tracking, and execution. Soft Skills Energetic and passionate problem solver with an agile mind‑set and a track record of creating environments that help people do meaningful work. Communicates clearly and confidently with team members and stakeholders across the company, comfortable partnering with individual contributors, vendors and C‑level executives. Possesses excellent planning and organizational skills and is self‑motivated to deliver exceptional quality without supervision. Has the ability to prioritize regularly and work iteratively to maximize positive organizational impact. Is open to international working experiences and expresses values and opinions in fluent English. Applies a “work out loud” approach, making work‑in‑progress visible, and is receptive to constant feedback. Is curious and actively seeks inspiration and engages in discussion on new operational and organizational theories, technologies and business challenges. Compensation At OpenText, we offer a thoughtfully designed benefits package that supports your physical, emotional, and financial wellbeing. As you move through the hiring process, we’re happy to provide more details about our compensation programs, including variable and commission compensation opportunities for eligible roles, vacation entitlement, and paid time off. Salary Range $80,780 - $130,780. Depending on the candidate’s education, experience, skills, geographical location, and alignment with internal equity and external market, actual salary may vary and be higher or lower than the range posted.
