Customer Service Inventory Planner

The Customer Service, Logistics and Inventory Planner is responsible for ensuring accurate inventory management, efficient order processing, and seamless logistics coordination across Canadian markets. This role requires strong organizational skills, proactive communication with customers and commercial teams, and the ability to balance service excellence with operational efficiency. The position collaborates closely with internal teams (Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Logistics, Finance, and Commercial Sales) and external partners/customers to maintain optimal inventory levels and deliver superior service. This role may either be located in Montreal, or Toronto.
