Brandt is currently seeking a Director of Sales - Forestry for the Quebec and Atlantic region. This position is responsible for increasing share of market of new forestry equipment sales while providing guidance on the valuations of used equipment coming into inventory.Duties & ResponsibilitiesAchieve market share goals as agreed to for the long-term success of our manufacturer and the companyAchieve asset management goals of turn and minimize aging, as well as protection of company assets, including new and used whole goods inventoryProvide input on standardized build codes for inventory productsProvide detailed feedback and forecasts for inventory levels to achieve sales and market share goalsProvide feedback and input into future opportunities and competitive pressuresFully understand, promote, and sell the Telematic and Machine monitoring capabilities that are differentiators delivered by Brandt and John DeereAssist and evaluate competitive quotes, pricing, and offers to drive market intelligence, increase share and margins across the area of responsibilityDevelop & execute effective sales and marketing forestry programsTravel and interact with customer and Brandt TM’s on jobsites regularly - providing mentorship and guidance on sales strategy, product FAB’s, and tactics to address challengesAssist in development of all employees within the AOR with the goal of building a knowledgeable, motivated and successful team focused on long-term success for the company and customerManage duties, assignments, and expenses of Corporate Product Managers assigned to the area of responsibilityWork in conjunction with branch sales teams to build relationships with mill yard customers, develop multi-level sales strategy, customer organization charts and understand unique market challenges/opportunitiesProvide feedback to Brandt Engineered Products to assist in the invention and development of attachments & products to increase Brandt’s opportunities in the business segmentParticipate in Brandt/Deere DAG/CAG initiatives as requiredFluent in both English and FrenchOther projects as assigned #J-18808-Ljbffr
