Advanced Dayforce reporting and SQL experience are required for this role.

WHAT'S THE ROLE?

We're looking for an HCM & Reporting Analystto support our Dayforce implementation, with a particular focus on reporting, data transformation, validation, and reconciliation. This 8-month contract role will help build the reporting foundation needed to support implementation, stabilization, and reliable workforce decision-making across the organization.

You will work with complex HR and payroll data, develop custom Dayforce reports and dashboards, and help ensure information transferred from legacy systems is complete, accurate, and ready for use. This is a hands‑on role for someone who understands how employee data moves through an HCM environment and can translate reporting requirements into dependable technical solutions.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

The HCM & Reporting Analystwill support both the technical reporting needs of the Dayforce implementation and the transformation of employee data from legacy systems.

You’ll partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and project team members to develop custom reporting solutions, validate data, support implementation testing, and resolve data-related issues. Your work will help establish consistent reporting standards, improve confidence in workforce data, and reduce the risk of errors or rework during implementation and stabilization.

  • Build and maintain Dayforce reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics solutions.
  • Develop SQL queries to analyze, validate, and troubleshoot HR and payroll data.
  • Support employee data migration, reconciliation, and reporting readiness for Dayforce.
  • Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT to deliver meaningful workforce insights.
  • Support testing, go-live activities, and post-implementation stabilization.
  • Develop Power BI dashboards and reporting standards to support business decision-making.

Qualifications

You bring:

  • Advanced SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.
  • Experience with HR, payroll, workforce management, or HCM data.
  • Power BI and advanced Excel expertise.
  • Experience supporting HR technology, payroll, or HCM implementations.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
