Communication & relationship mgmt. skills: 20% Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills; verbal and written communication skills; interpersonal and negotiation skills. Ability to document test plans/cases for technical systems clearly and perform knowledge transfer effectively to full‑time technical staff. Good understanding of systems environments, business analysis and change management. Proven ability to prioritize and parallelize assigned tasks to achieve milestones within tight deadlines.
