Mission of the Role The mission for the Solutions Engineer is to provide the highest standard of customer service to our clients by providing IT solutions. A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable car is required University Degree in IT Technical Requirements Strong knowledge of IT Standards / Process (ITIL/PCI/ISO) Security Certification would be an asset (Security +) Strong knowledge in cloud computing Expert in Active Directory/EntraID Strong experience in LAN/WAN design IT Ops Automation would be considered an asset Expert Windows Server / Exchange Architecture - design, implement and maintenance Strong with TCP/IP protocol, firewall, security and firewall Ability to perform JIG onboarding process for its’ clients Ability to contribute to Research and Development projects Able to manage Disaster recovery for clients (AD, Sharepoint Online, Fileserver, etc.) Experience with various technologies including but not limited to: Office 365, Hyper‑VM, Remote Desktop Services (RDS/Terminal Servers), SharePoint/OneDrive, Entra ID, FTP/SFTP/FTPS, MS SQL Server, SonicWALL, Unifi, Azure/AWS Responsibilities Delivery of Server Migrations (Hyper‑V, Windows Server, SQL) Delivery Of Infrastructure Upgrade (Firewall, Switches, Access Point Deployment) Project Delivery of Cloud Infrastructure (Office 365/G‑Suite/ EntraId /Intune) Delivery of security products (EDR/DRP/Auditing Tools) Security Program Implementation & Delivery Routine Maintenance Tasks Work Honestly Hard Work hard and put in whatever it takes to deliver on your promises and to get the job done right.
