Our caseload is dynamic, but it’s the supportive culture and the impact we have on our community that truly sets us apart We’re now looking for an experienced Associate Veterinarian to take on a mentorship-focused role, as you help grow and guide newer members to our DVM team on an ongoing basis.What You’ll Do:Lead the mentorship and development of less experienced veterinariansHelp shape onboarding plans and provide clinical oversightSupport DVMs in their cases and professional growth with a mix of days that are more consultative than appointment-heavyCollaborate with leadership to continuously improve our learning environmentHelp coordinate flow and communication between DVMs and support teamWho We’re Looking For:A DVM who has been fully licensed in Saskatchewan for at least 3 yearsA mentor who enjoys supporting and developing othersInterest in building onboarding systems and coaching new grads, early-career, and supervised license DVMsWhy Join Us?Primarily daytime hours with flexibility in scheduling (FT or PT)Opportunities for remote work when appropriateWork in a modern, well-equipped hospital with U/S, C/T, extensive in house lab and moreA meaningful opportunity to leave a legacy through mentorshipIf you’re a DVM who still has a lot to offer but wants to give back in a new way, we’d love to talk to you.
