Your impact Provide comprehensive, evidence‑based Occupational Therapy services to clients Apply clinical expertise and professional competence in the assessment, intervention, consultation, case management, discharge planning, education, and follow‑up of clients Perform clinical evaluations, including admission assessments, ADL assessments, specialized seating and positioning assessments Identify appropriate equipment needs with initiation of recommendations Consult with local vendors regarding equipment trials and complete applications/funding letters to the Ministry of Health, insurance agencies and other funding parties Provide education on seating and positioning, independence with activities of daily living, wheelchairs and adaptive aids as well as ongoing education to clients and families to improve function, independence and safety Provide ongoing evaluation of restraint use, wound prevention, falls, and injury prevention Record assessment and treatment interventions in the client’s chart Excel in a collaborative, inter‑disciplinary team environment Exhibit sound professional judgment Are you the right fit?
