Job Responsibilities

  • Sell full range of travel products and services, including airline tickets, tour packages, cruises, and other travel-related services.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customers’ inquiries, and concerns.
  • Provide customer service and assist clients throughout the booking process.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Valid TICO license is an asset.
  • Knowledge of Amadeus reservation system is required.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin is required.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous travel industry experience is an asset.
