Job Details Location: London, Ontario, CanadaHours: 35 hours per weekBusiness Line: TD InsurancePay Range: $49,050 - $73,600 CAD What You’ll Do Support customer claims from start to finish: arrange towing, set up appraisals, outline coverage Gather, organize, and verify required information and documentation to resolve claims Reconcile estimates with vendors to achieve appropriate settlements Maintain a positive file count and open/close ratio to contribute to team productivity objectives Collaborate with internal partners and external vendors (e.g., repair shops, TD Auto Centre partners) Experience Growth Research coverage scenarios and apply knowledge to claim files Demonstrate customer‑centric and strategic objectives while contributing to TD Insurance Group’s deliverables Cultivate Our Culture of Care Greet and welcome customers at TD Auto Centres Provide non‑biased, fair claim settlements for each case Communicate clear processing requirements and maintain detailed claims notes Participate as a team member and contribute to a positive work environment Requirements Preferred: one or more years of claims adjusting experience; postsecondary education considered an asset Excellent customer service skills and dedication to exceeding expectations Superior time‑management and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment with competing priorities Proven ability to negotiate positive outcomes when reasonably possible Clear professional written and verbal communication; active listening Strong investigative skills and analytical thinking Proactive support for process improvements Active pursuit of Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation or other relevant continuing education preferred Provincial claims licensing may be required Additional Information TD is committed to equity and diversity.
