We want to see you succeeding in your endeavor and be part of our family.Role OverviewProactive and experienced IT Infrastructure Analyst with a strong focus on networkingResponsible for implementing, operating and maintaining enterprise IT and network infrastructureEnsure high availability, performance and security across cloud, hybrid and on-premises environmentsNetwork & Systems InfrastructureImplement, configure and manage secure scalable network infrastructure (firewalls, switches, routers, wireless, load balancers)Install, cable and maintain IT and network equipmentConfigure and support networking protocols and services:TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, BGP, VPN, SD-WAN, SASEAdminister Windows Server environments (physical and virtual):VMware, Hyper-V, Azure VMsManage core infrastructure services:Active DirectoryGroup PolicyDNS, DHCPFile and print servicesSupport hybrid identity environments (on-premises AD and Azure AD)Deploy and maintain Azure networking components:Virtual Networks (VNETs)Network Security Groups (NSGs)VPN GatewaysAzure FirewallExpressRouteCollaborate with cloud and infrastructure teams on:Hybrid connectivityCloud migrationsInfrastructure-as-Code (IaC) initiativesSecurity & ComplianceEnforce network access controls and traffic segmentationConduct regular security assessmentsCoordinate incident response and system recovery during outages or security eventsEnsure compliance with cybersecurity policiesApply firmware updates, patches and security updatesMonitoring Automation & OptimizationUse monitoring tools to ensure system and network visibility:FortiAnalyzerPRTGAzure MonitorContinuously improve monitoring capabilities and alertingDevelop and maintain automation scripts:PowerShellCollaboration & Operational SupportSupport and back up the Senior Network AdministratorAssist in resolving service requests and major incidentsAct as an escalation point for internal teams:System AdministrationCybersecurityApplicationsContribute to internal knowledge sharing and technical upskillingCoordinate with third-party vendors for:Advanced troubleshootingLicense renewalsContract managementHardware procurementEquipment disposalDocumentation & Project DeliveryMaintain detailed and up-to-date documentation:Network diagramsConfiguration baselinesSOPsInternal knowledge articlesParticipate in infrastructure projects:UpgradesMigrationsSite or service expansionsContribute to Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity Plans (BCP)Proactive Engagement & AvailabilityProactive approach to infrastructure management and service reliabilityCommitment to continuous improvementAvailability to support critical incidents or projects outside business hours when requiredRequirementsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent professional experience.Minimum of three years of experience in network and systems administration roles.Strong expertise in Fortinet and Cisco platforms.Proven hands-on experience with Azure networking technologies and hybrid cloud connectivity.Solid understanding of networking and routing fundamentals including TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs and BGP.Strong experience administering Microsoft infrastructure services such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Group Policy.Excellent troubleshooting, documentation and communication skills.Fluency in English; French is considered an asset. Occasional travel and a valid driver's license are required.Preferred QualificationsCCNA and/or Network certification.Experience with Operational Technology (OT) and industrial networking environments.Proficiency with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform and Bicep.Working knowledge of Linux systems and container platforms including Docker and Kubernetes.Required Skills:Minimum 3 years of experience in network and systems administration, Strong expertise in Fortinet and Cisco platforms, Hands-on experience with Azure networking and hybrid environments, Strong understanding of networking protocols: TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, BGP, Solid experience with Microsoft infrastructure: Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, Excellent troubleshooting, documentation and communication skills, Fluency in English (French is an asset), Occasional travel and valid driver's license required.Required Education:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent experience.Key Skills:Installation, Maintenance, Repair, Quality Assurance, Active Directory, End user, Access Points, Deskside Support, Infrastructure Development, Project Management, Quality Control, Troubleshoot, User Accounts, Desktop, Setup, Hardware, Technical Support. #J-18808-Ljbffr
