Responsibilities Receive calls from technicians and service managers, often requiring complex diagnostic technical support. Document details and recommendations made during the call on each technical case. Excellent written and verbal skills are required for the system relied upon by other internal groups. Interest and ability to learn new technology in our auto and powersport & equipment new model products. Hands‑on support in product repairs and repair validation activity. Qualifications Certified Automobile Licensed Technician (310S) is required. Inter‑Provincial accreditation (Red Seal) is required. 5 – 10 years of experience as a Certified Technician, Lead Tech, or Shop Foreman is required. Experience in a dealership environment is an asset. English & French language support – verbal and written is required. Strong automotive and power‑sports and equipment diagnostic capability. Able to build collaborative working relationships with internal colleagues and dealers. Demonstrated capability in understanding detailed technical product specifications to resolve problems quickly and effectively. Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills. Intermediate computer skills (MS Office suite) is an asset. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment is a must. Develops and maintains good working relationships with all members of the team. Enjoys a team approach to problem solving and shares results. This role supports clients and dealers nationwide; bilingual (French/English) proficiency is required. Hiring Practices The salary range for this position is $83,139 – $103,924 CAD annually. Individual salaries within this range are determined by a variety of job‑related factors, including education, experience, knowledge, and skill set. This is a work‑from‑home position that requires employees to work‑from‑home five days per week, with a hot‑elling workspace when attending the assigned company office on occasion. Accréditation interprovinciale (Sceau rouge) requise. Expérience de 5 à 10 années requise en tant Technicien certifié, Technicien en chef ou Contremaître d’atelier. Expérience dans un environnement d’établissement concessionnaire est un atout. Soutien en anglais et en français – oral et écrit requis. Doit posséder une solide capacité de diagnostic Automobile, Sports motorisés et Produits mécaniques. Capable d’établir les relations de travail collaboratives avec les collègues internes et les concessionnaires. Capacité avérée de comprendre les spécifications techniques détaillées des produits afin de résoudre les problèmes rapidement et efficacement. Doit posséder de fortes compétences de résolution de problèmes et de prise de décisions. Compétences informatiques intermédiaires (suite MS Office) sont un atout. Capacité de travailler dans un environnement dynamique essentielle. Développer et maintenir de bonnes relations de travail avec tous les membres de l’équipe. Apprécier l’approche d’équipe pour la résolution de problèmes - partager les résultats.
