We foster an inclusive, equitable, and accessible workplace and provide a sustainable transit network that enhances the livability of Metro Vancouver.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate on plans and strategies toward organizational change, maximizing end‑user adoption of new systems.Assess organizational change readiness and impact, execute and monitor the implementation of change plans.Develop change management strategies to address enterprise business requirements and partner with HR practitioners.Identify change management needs, apply structured methodologies, and finalize assessments for change projects.Liaise with internal stakeholders, monitor timelines, metrics, and activities, and report issues to senior leadership.Execute and monitor all aspects of a change management plan, including communications, training, sponsorship roadmap, coaching, and rewards programs.Advocate for the change management program, promote benefits, and demonstrate value to leaders.Research best practices, trends, and methods, and provide recommendations to optimize initiatives.QualificationsUndergraduate degree in a related discipline plus five (5) years of experience in implementing small to medium scale organizational changes.Strong knowledge of change management concepts, principles, and techniques, including assessing needs and readiness.Excellent interpersonal, written, and communication skills to advise executives and lead change projects.Solid planning, organizational, problem‑solving, decision‑making, research, and analytical skills.Experience leading large and complex change projects and adapting to changing priorities.Change management certification or designation (completed or in progress) is an asset.Other RequirementsDemonstrated ability to assess change‑related needs and readiness, implement and monitor plans, and adapt to business needs.Work Schedule37.5 hours per week; full‑time temporary position for 12 months.Work DesignationHybrid – flexible onsite and remote work within B.C.Rate of PaySalary ranges from CA$82,400 – CA$123,600 per annum, based on education, experience, skills, and credentials.Work BenefitsExtended Health, Dental, Transit Pass, and enrollment in the Public Service Pension Plan upon eligibility, plus other employment offerings discussed during the process.How To ApplyPlease click the 'Apply' button at the top right of the page or go to TransLink Careers to view instructions.
