OverviewManager, Model Developer - Retail and Small Business Forecasting Models - 21 Month Contract. We build models powering automated risk-management decisions and forecasts that impact millions of customers and billions of dollars daily.We seek talented, pragmatically analytical data scientists who can interpret statistics, ingest and massaging data, translate regulatory requirements into models, and explain complex issues clearly. You will work with stakeholders across the bank to translate needs into outcomes, explore data and methodologies, collaborate with technology partners, and monitor, tune, and govern the models your team owns.Our tools include traditional SAS and a modern machine learning stack (on-premise GPU computing, Jupyter environments, Hadoop cluster, containerized API deployment, and BI tools). You will help develop advanced risk prediction and loss estimation forecasting models used in decision making worth billions each month, ensuring they are precise, explainable, compliant, secure, and useful.
