OverviewMerchandise Flow Manager | Armani Outlet at Toronto Premium.As a leader within Giorgio Armani Canada Corporation, you will be part of a diverse leadership and sales team that you will inspire and motivate. You will work with the General Manager to support the entire team on driving sales, delivering an excellent client experience, building strong talent, and ensuring the store operates efficiently and effectively. Your ability to combine entrepreneurial spirit, passion for the brand, and knowledge of the luxury/retail business with organizational skills will influence the client and associate experience. You will provide input on merchandising strategies and be on the sales floor to understand the business on the front line, using insights to improve store performance. You will help shape and execute store strategies to drive revenue and be accountable for ensuring effective communications throughout the team. Responsibilities Provide input on merchandising strategies and oversee merchandise flow, replenishment, markdown execution, stock accuracy, and facilities management. Lead by example on the sales floor and in back-of-house operations to drive sales and deliver an excellent client experience. Ensure clear, consistent communications cascaded throughout the team. Develop and implement store strategies to drive revenue and optimize store operations. Collaborate with leadership to inspire and manage a diverse team, maintaining integrity and collaboration. Qualifications & Skills Minimum two (2) years of experience in similar retail shipping & receiving management. College/Post-Secondary degree preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence partners and motivate the team. Proficiency with retail systems and Office programs (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Open availability and ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends. Compensation & Benefits This role offers an annual salary ranging from $47,000 to $53,000 per year plus bonus, depending on experience. Eligible team members may also earn performance-based bonuses and annual incentives that recognize individual impact and contributions.
