Be the first call after disaster—and the reason everything gets back on track.We’re looking for a Restoration Project Leader who can own the project from start to finish. You’ll be the main point of contact for homeowners during some of the most stressful moments of their lives. At the same time, you’ll represent the insurance company's interests by documenting damage, communicating clearly, and pushing the job forward through every department.What You’ll Do:Be the first point of contact with the homeowner after a disaster (fire, flood, etc.)Communicate and coordinate with insurance adjusters and company partnersComplete site documentation (e.g., photos, R24, Docusketch) and submit files to internal departmentsSend scope information and job details to the Estimating DepartmentEnsure smooth hand-offs to mitigation, contents, and reconstruction teamsKeep homeowners informed throughout the entire processFollow up with departments to keep jobs on track and ensure timelines are metParticipate in a rotating on-call schedule to respond to after-hours emergenciesEnsure customer satisfaction and professional file closureWho You Are:A natural communicator who’s calm under pressureDetail-oriented and organized—you never miss a stepComfortable in homes with damage, including after hours when on callAble to manage multiple files, tasks, and conversations at onceA driver of action—able to follow up, push teams, and meet timelinesRequirements:Valid driver’s licenseProject management experience (Restoration, insurance, or construction a strong asset)Experience with documentation and reporting tools (R24, Docusketch, CRMs, etc.)Comfortable using mobile apps, cloud-based systems, and email dailyWillingness to participate in an on-call rotationWhat We Offer:Competitive salary + on-call compensation and bonus opportunitiesCompany vehicle provided during business hours and while on callHealth benefits after probationPaid training & certificationsA chance to make a real difference in people’s livesMake a Career Out of Helping People RebuildIf you're ready to lead with confidence, communicate with empathy, and be the driving force behind every successful job, apply now to become our next Restoration Project Leader. #J-18808-Ljbffr
