In addition to actually producing the work sold on customer vehicles, this role also performs the vital task of inspecting vehicles to find repairs and services that are needed on a customer's vehicles which the sales team will sell to customers.Europro Autohaus is an independent German and Volvo only repair facility along with ValleyPro Autohouse which is a Domestic and Asian Repair Center. Our goal is to set ourselves apart from the competition by developing a personalized relationship with each of our clients.Who are you:You are organized, energetic, positive and enjoy being part of a team and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service You understand that "price is what people pay and value is what they get".Job Responsibilities and DutiesDiagnostic Work: Perform mechanical and electrical diagnostics using specialized tools, including scan tools, oscilloscopes, wiring diagrams, borescopes, and chassis ears.Repair Documentation: Record complaint, cause, and correction details in repair orders (ROs) and prepare accurate parts lists for the Service Advisor and/or Parts Specialist.Billed Hours: Meet and exceed an average of 40 billed hours per week.Technical Resources: Utilize online repair manuals such as Alldata, ProDemand, and Identifix to support accurate diagnostics and repairs. Knowledge of diagnostic flow charts.Shop Systems: Use Protractor Shop Management and AutoFlow for digital inspections and workflow efficiency (experience is an asset).Time Tracking: Clock in and out of ROs via timeclock or online system to ensure accurate job tracking.Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with the Service Advisors, Parts Specialists, Shop Team, and customers to ensure smooth service operations.Training & Growth: Committed to continuous learning, actively seeking industry training and hands-on development.
