Raymond James Ltd. is seeking a Learning & Development Associate to join the Private Client Group (PCG) team in a hybrid workstyle capacity in our Montreal, Toronto or Vancouver office. The Associate will enhance the competencies of employees by designing and conducting branch-training programs that will boost employee’s workplace performance in line with the company’s core values. You will be responsible for performing training needs assessments, designing, delivering curriculum, learning materials, and managing all phases of branch training. A variety of learning materials will be created by the Associate; from job-aids, e-learnings, micro-learnings, newsletter articles, videos, and more. The Associate will also be required to facilitate webinars and workshop‑style training sessions. Who should apply?
