The ideal candidate is a seasoned individual with excellent communication skills, and able to work with a dynamic security team. If you have experience in residential security, enjoy patrolling, and can maintain a high level of professionalism, we\'d like to hear from you.RequirementsExperience in Concierge Security experience.Proficiency in basic computer skills and wireless technology.Excellent written and oral communicationMust have a valid Ontario Security License.Must be eligible to work in Canada up to 40 hours a week.First Aid and CPRValid Driver\'s Licence is an assetMust be at least 18 years old.High school diploma or equivalent/GED or equivalent work experienceAbility to stand or walk for extended periods, occasionally climb stairs, and lift or carry up to 40 pounds.ResponsibilitiesConduct regular patrols of the designated area to monitor and ensure the safety and security of the premises.Maintain detailed records of patrols, documenting incidents, irregularities, and any equipment malfunctions.Communicate effectively with residents, property management, contractors, and other property staff.Maintain a professional attitude towards training and security protocols, including emergency response and communications.Address and resolve resident complaints, ensuring total client satisfaction.Support property management with any additional tasks as required.BenefitsOpportunities for career growth and advancement.Comprehensive health and dental benefitsPaid training and development programs.DisclaimerAs part of our standard hiring process, all candidates being considered for employment with Allied Universal are required to undergo a background check.
